Job Description:
Embark on an exciting journey as an Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert (EW SME) at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind the development and deployment of cutting-edge Electromagnetic Battle Management (EMBM) software capabilities, ensuring they meet the critical needs of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and Electronic Warfare (EW) missions.

What you will do:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the EMBM software, leveraging your deep expertise in EW concepts, strategies, and tactics.
• Validate the software's functionality through rigorous testing, providing valuable feedback to enhance user experience and operational efficacy.
• Empower military and civilian personnel with comprehensive training, equipping them to maximize the software's capabilities in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with software developers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the EMBM software effectively addresses the needs of EW operations.
• Assist in the testing and validation of the software, ensuring it meets operational and technical standards.
• Offer expert recommendations on the design and functionality of specific features within the EMBM application, ensuring alignment with EW mission objectives.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, documentation, and user guides tailored to different levels of users (from operators to senior leadership).
• Deliver hands-on, onsite training to military and civilian personnel using the EBM software in operational environments.

• 10+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare operations, with a deep understanding of EW tactics, techniques, procedures, and operational planning.
• Familiarity with Electromagnetic Battle Management systems, signal intelligence, radar operations, and related EW systems.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training for military or defense personnel and providing support during operational exercises.
