In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving the technical, cost, and schedule performance within the EI4CD Engineering Management Portfolio.

As the Control Account Owner, you'll collaborate closely with the Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to ensure efficient engineering processes are followed, delivering cutting-edge capabilities to our valued customers on time.

• Expertise in generating performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline, with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex DoD systems and delivering on technical commitments.
• Expertise in Agile development processes and tools, including DevSecOps integration.
