Role: E2: Technical Product Owner.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Description:
Embark on an exciting journey as the Technical Product Owner at our cutting-edge X-Lab, where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between innovative prototypes and operational capabilities.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for coordinating with technical teams across the organization, driving the development of integrated solutions that enhance our missile defense systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with agile X-Lab teams to understand complex concepts, algorithms, and data analysis techniques.
• Leverage your expertise in physics, mathematics, and software engineering to design, develop, and enhance analysis tools for mission-critical applications.
• Contribute to the definition and execution of technology roadmaps and experiment plans, ensuring seamless integration and advancement of our capabilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing math, physics, statistics, data parsing, plotting, and database techniques to analyze complex data related to command, control, track state vectors, covariances, and the tasking of EO/IR and RF sensors.
• Experience in working with C2BMC and/or ballistic missile defense programs, including Ground Test and Flight Test campaigns.
• Familiarity with systems engineering and software engineering processes and principles, including Agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in areas such as surveillance and target acquisition, track state estimation and correlation, kinematic modeling, tracking covariances, and EOIR/RF phenomenology.
• Proven ability to conduct trade studies and course of action development/analysis as directed.

• 15 or more years of related work experience, with advanced degrees in Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline considered as a substitute.
• Experience as a technical task or team lead, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Possess a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
