Job Description:
Become a Software Analyst and join our dynamic team, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge missile defense systems.

As a Software Analyst, you'll be part of a small, agile team of developers and testers, working collaboratively to validate performance, functionality, and the verification of requirements for our BMSRM (Battle Management, Sensor Resource Management) system.

Your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in proactively identifying and resolving any software anomalies, ensuring our systems operate at the highest levels of efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex algorithms and software to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate system requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

• Extensive experience in the missile defense domain, including engagement management, sensor management, and algorithm development.
• Proven track record of applying system engineering principles to develop effective product solutions.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and proficiency in Java programming.
• Ability to debug and identify solutions for software issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Prior experience with C2BMC or other complex command and control systems as a software engineer or systems analyst.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software analysis and development.
• Minimum Active SECRET clearance required.
