Job Description:
Become the Algorithm Architect E3 and join our talented Mission Engineering team at our cutting-edge company.

In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the development of mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

As an Algorithm Architect, you'll leverage your expertise in systems engineering and complex algorithm design to drive the evolution of our Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) capabilities.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of systems, software, and specialty engineers to develop innovative solutions.
• Analyze and optimize complex algorithms that power our mission-critical systems.
• Contribute to the Global Agile Release Train (ART) and work closely with the Global Architect Lead.
• Provide technical expertise and support in developing and analyzing complex algorithms for new BMDS capabilities.
• Assist in the execution, analysis, and trades of Track Server algorithms over large data sets.
• Participate in developing and documenting complex algorithms, and create and validate test sets to ensure proper implementations.
• Leverage data analytics to analyze system performance, visualize complex data sets, and perform algorithm implementation trades.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully applying system engineering principles to develop product solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess an understanding of algorithm design techniques and kinematic/dynamic system modeling.
• Experience working in an integrated team environment with other systems, software, and specialty engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively present technical approaches and findings.
