Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our clients to maintain a clear and comprehensive understanding of project status.
- Utilize cutting-edge project management tools to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding our team and clients toward successful project completion.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management, with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Adept at using Microsoft Project and other project management software to plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with federal agencies, particularly the Department of Energy (DOE) or the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project tracking or project management role, with 5-10 years being the ideal.
• Possession of a valid security clearance, with a TS or DOE Q clearance being the preferred level.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
