Job Description:
Become the information security risk specialist our nation's cyber infrastructure needs. As part of our dedicated team, you'll use your expertise to uncover and mitigate complex cyber threats, guiding our clients through the process at every step.

In this role, you'll work directly with law enforcement to assess their cybersecurity risks, understand their policies, and develop tailored action plans to secure their mission-critical systems. By translating technical security concepts into easy-to-understand recommendations, you'll empower our clients to make informed decisions that protect their organizations from the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats.
 
Responsibilities:

• Protect our nation's cyber infrastructure as a trusted information security risk specialist.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Translate complex security concepts into actionable plans that drive real results.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, with a strong background in patching Windows and Linux vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible and BigFix, as well as Red Hat Satellite Server and BigFix for package management and patching.
• Expertise in Information Assurance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Tenable Nessus, and Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
• Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
• Ability to work in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

• Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA, Microsoft, Red Hat, Linux Foundation, and Cisco.
