About the Role:

• Lead the modeling and analysis of military systems and their broader system-of-systems architectures, informing critical customer investment decisions.
• Apply model-based system engineering to define system functions and develop functional and performance requirements, utilizing DoDAF and Systems Modeling Language (SysML).
• Identify discrepancies and vulnerabilities, and provide creative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within IT and business leadership.

• Proficiency in model-based system engineering (MBSE) using tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architect, Rational Rhapsody, or Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and strong familiarity with the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
• Demonstrated experience in system engineering and/or architecture solutions, with a focus on modeling and graphic representations.
• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 5+ years of demonstrated System Engineering and/or Enterprise Architecture using Cameo & Model Based System Engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics preferred, though not required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance REQUIRED – TS only will not meet security requirements.
• Possession of strong leadership, motivational skills, and experience in modeling and graphic representations.
