Responsibilities:

• Mentor and collaborate: Work alongside data scientists, DevSecOps engineers, and product designers to engineer solutions and contribute to our Agile development process.
• Technical Mastery: Demonstrate strong proficiency in React frontend application development, Express.js backend framework, TypeScript, and Git VCS.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Utilize your superior problem-solving and communication skills to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, and maintain the quality of the codebase and product.

• Familiarity with the Agile process, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with real-time geospatial data visualization and streaming using technologies such as Mapbox, WebGL, D3.js, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL + PostGIS and experience collaborating with product design teams, data scientists/engineers, ISSOs, and government stakeholders.

• Education: Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: Senior-level proficiency with React frontend application development, Express.js backend framework, and TypeScript.
• Skills: Superior, independent problem-solving and communication skills; proven ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
