Role: Lead AV Integration Specialist.
Location: Tampa, FL.

Are you ready to take the lead in the dynamic world of AV integration? We are seeking a Lead AV Integration Specialist to assume a pivotal role, managing small teams and projects with finesse.

Responsibilities:

• Install, diagnose, repair, and test complex AV systems in alignment with industry and/or DoD standards.
• Complete project installations from start to finish, adhering to set schedules and utilizing support from the Program Manager, Programmer, and/or Engineer as needed.
• Rack construction, cable laying, equipment prep, full installation, and in-depth testing & acceptance with the customer.
• Provide after-action reports and maintain a professional and respectful attitude in the face of unforeseen changes and events.
• High-level understanding of how to install, diagnose, repair, and test complex AV systems in alignment with AV industry and/or DoD standards.

• Security clearance maintenance, up to Top Secret/SCI.
• Experience with Crestron and/or similar AV standards, AV integrations, configuration, cable repair, Cisco VTC integrations, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GVS, and related.
• AV/DoD approved industry certification(s): CTS-I, Security+ or in the category of IAT, IAM, IASAE, CSSP.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and travel in support of Operations.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and make recommendations, and excellent verbal and written communication.

• Crestron and AMX programming knowledge/experience.
• Prior applicable military/DoD experience.
• System Administration/Network Engineering experience.
