Are you ready to take on an out-of-this-world opportunity? We are currently seeking a NASA Capture Manager to join our Business Development Team.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Chief Growth Officer and other key stakeholders to drive government business development strategy and execution, focusing on opportunities with NASA, NOAA, and FAA. Get ready to utilize your expertise in traditional and emerging space initiatives, and take the lead in managing a dynamic multi-year pipeline of opportunities.

As a NASA Capture Manager, you will be responsible for market and competitive analysis, strategic planning for capture, and overseeing customer contacts and positioning. Your positive, collaborative relationships with space industry companies will be a key factor in your success in this role. You will also engage in business development, corporate positioning, and industry engagement, with full support from our dedicated corporate infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding and deep relationships across NASA and Dept of Commerce Civil Space missions, as well as a proven track record of winning complex, prime integration services or engineering contract awards. If you possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 8 or more years of related federal business development experience, and possess effective interpersonal skills, then this is the career launchpad you’ve been waiting for.
