Job Description:
Are you ready to take on the challenge of leading a dynamic team in the innovative world of project management and Agile methodologies? We are seeking a talented Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team and drive the success of our projects.

As the overall point person from an Agile standpoint, you will play a crucial role in capacity planning, daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, and executing day-to-day tasks. Your expertise in Jira, along with your familiarity with Palo Alto and infrastructure projects, will be instrumental in shaping the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile methodologies and be the go-to person for Agile-related aspects of projects.
• Oversee capacity planning and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day tasks.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and effectively groom backlogs for optimal project efficiency.

• Strong experience in Jira and proficiency in its use for project management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure projects, particularly in Palo Alto, without requiring hands-on technical expertise.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical terminology when establishing project deliverables and milestones.
• Proven track record of successfully applying Agile methodologies in project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning and optimizing project resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
