Responsibilities:

• Become a key player in redefining business process efficiencies.
• Contribute to critical functions in people planning and HR cost management.
• Leverage your expertise to recommend impactful strategies for improvement.

• 5+ years as a Business Process Analyst, crafting ConOps, RTM, and Use Cases.
• Expertise in process mapping to enhance and streamline business operations.
• Deep understanding of federal financial principles and the ability to analyze complex documentation.
• Proficient in utilizing advanced methodologies for process improvement, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to secure and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

• Certification in business process methodologies such as ABPMP or Six Sigma.
• Insight into Federal Government Budget processes and people planning concepts.
• Practical experience with budget tool implementation.
