Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discussions and support strategies both during and post-project implementation.
• Transform complex issues into successful outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Be at the forefront of service practices, leading innovation and change.

• Proficiency in providing architecture and design services/support tailored to client needs.
• Expertise in installing and configuring BeyondTrust PRA solutions to accommodate up to 20,000 users or vendors.
• Ability to perform comprehensive knowledge transfer during implementations, focusing on solution overviews and support procedures.
• Capability in managing DEV-SIT installation, configuration, and migration to the CAT environment seamlessly.
• Willingness to travel to address and meet diverse client needs.

• Strong ability to lead discussions, analyze, and understand clients' engineering requirements.
• Experience serving as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Adeptness in self-reviewing and enhancing work approaches to achieve high-quality outcomes.
