We are seeking a visionary Program Director to spearhead our operations and support the division director in driving excellence and growth. As a Program Director, you will have the opportunity to steer and manage projects, ensuring that our teams have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with the division leadership team to provide operational oversight and play a pivotal role in driving growth opportunities through client research, proposal development, and compliance monitoring. Your expertise will also be instrumental in managing contracts, subcontracts, and vendors, guiding workforce management, and fostering strong client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects and resources to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support growth opportunities through client research and proposal development.
• Provide portfolio operational oversight for the division leadership team.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Health preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 7+ years of experience in federal government consulting with demonstrated career progression.
• Experience with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or Department of Defense (DoD) medical research & development (R&D) organizations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing and expanding teams of 30+ staff.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Health.
• Proven track record of successful program management.
• Experience in a leadership role developing and expanding teams.
