Responsibilities:

• Lead proposal development process from planning to submission.
• Collaborate with business development and operational teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in managing Federal Government proposals.
• Knowledge of proposal development life cycle and Shipley processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
