Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and processes, gathering user requirements and developing user stories to drive impactful change.
• Document system specifications and capabilities, while developing workflow charts and process diagrams to visualize and optimize business processes.
• Recommend opportunities and strategies to streamline and improve business processes, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in process mapping, employing best practices to document, analyze, and improve business processes.
• Knowledge of federal government financial principles, processes, and tools, and experience with federal budget processes.
• Business process certification from leading organizations, such as ABPMP, Six-Sigma, or ITIL v4.
• Understanding of people costs and people planning concepts for a Federal Agency, coupled with experience in implementing budget tools.

• Experience developing ConOps, RTM, Use Cases, and End User documentation.
• Strong adaptability and capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
