Responsibilities:
As the Senior TBM Specialist, you will:

• Develop and implement the TBM strategy and roadmap for OPM.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for TBM within the organization.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the TBM framework, defining and refining processes, selecting and managing tools and technologies, and conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

This challenging and rewarding role requires:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT financial and cost accounting management, financial analysis, or TBM implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in IT financial management, budgeting, cost allocation, and chargeback.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, and expertise in IT service management frameworks and project management methodologies.
• Experience in TBM taxonomy, standards, and best practices.
• Expertise in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of OMB federal IT policies and regulations.
• TBM certification and experience supporting federal government TBM initiatives.
