Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of secure systems engineering? We are seeking a seasoned Lead Systems Engineer to join our team and spearhead the deployment, management, and support of the cutting-edge SecureView multi-level desktop for the DIA Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead deployment, management, and operational support of the SecureView infrastructure, management server, desktops, and supporting network components.
• Develop and manage project plans, support site surveys, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless enterprise deployment and ongoing operational support.
• Coordinate with the SecureView Program Office, engage in customer education, and participate in testing of new releases to ensure the system's optimal performance and security.

• TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly and Security+ certification or related DoD 8570 certification within six months of employment.
• 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT system administration, with strong Linux administration skills and expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Cross Domain Solutions, including MILS or MLS desktops, and proficiency in Windows desktop administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in producing written reports and technical documentation for government customers.
• Understanding or experience in setting up VPN tunnels and VPN configuration, with strong network administration skills being a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical projects and ATO approval processes.
