If you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in Sub Modernization, Maintenance & Repair, then we want to hear from you! We are seeking a dynamic Submarine Program Manager to spearhead our projects, ensuring top-notch quality, safety, costs, schedules, and performance results.

Reporting to the SR VP of Modernization, you'll play a pivotal role in managing contractual and financial aspects, enabling Project Managers to focus on day-to-day production.

As the primary customer contact for program activities, you'll lead program review sessions, develop new business opportunities, and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. If you are ready to make a splash in this challenging and rewarding role, read on!

Responsibilities:

• Lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the product line with the customer.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate contract CDRL submissions and track the financial progress of projects.

Manage the program in the following:

• Directly supervise Sub Project Managers.
• Oversee the program for all projects through final certification of work and closeout.
• Review and Submit all Sub Cost Proposals/Quotes/ROMs/Estimates.
• Develop At Risk forms when required IAW processes and route for signature.
• Ensure the submittal of all CDRLs and Reports.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Sub Modernization, Maintenance & Repair.
• Familiarity with financial and technical aspects of managing a program, including personnel management, safety, and profit/loss.
• Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate efforts involving all activities supporting the sub-program department.
• Experience in performing SUBSAFE/Level I Material work and Sub testing and certification/re-certification procedures.
• Working knowledge of specialized areas such as Quality Assurance, SUBSAFE, Contracts, Purchasing, and Resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the submarine or maritime industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale submarine projects.
