If so, our team is looking for a skilled Business Process/Quality Subject Matter Expert to drive our quality management systems and techniques.

In this role, you'll play a key part in monitoring operations to prevent defects and ensure adherence to quality plans and requirements. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying adverse quality trends and initiating corrective actions.

As we continue to transform and grow, your expertise in ISO 9000/9001 and the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria will be invaluable.
This exciting opportunity may involve traveling to onsite meetings in DC, further enriching your experience and professional network.

Responsibilities:

• Promote quality in products and services through the development of plans and programs.

• Experience in employing quality management systems, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in ISO 9000/9001 and the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in quality management or related areas.
• Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or similar).
