Responsibilities:

• Utilize computer-driven analytical systems to make comparisons and form recommendations.
• Perform rigorous financial analysis and invoice review, drafting contract modifications, and maintaining contract files in a SharePoint environment.
• Provide advice, recommendations, and document support in all areas of the acquisition post-award phase.
• Assist in the preparation of Pre-Negotiation and Post Negotiation Memoranda and developing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Perform subcontractor cost reviews and familiarity with FAA Acquisition Management System (FAA-AMS).

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience providing pre-award, source evaluation, and contracts administration support.
• Level 3 contracts certification and extensive experience in cost and price analysis for determining reasonableness and realism.
• Proficiency in using contract writing & administration tools and superior customer service, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with high energy, capable of leading a complex long-term initiative.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience providing evaluation of Qualitative and Quantitative (Q&Q) Technical Reports.
