About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Flow Wrap Operator to join their production team in Clayton South. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience operating flow wrap packaging machinery, completing changeovers, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What's Involved?
✅ Operating Flow Wrap and Propac machines
✅ Performing product changeovers between SKUs
✅ Completing film changes and date code changes
✅ Conducting quality checks and ensuring product standards are met
✅ Troubleshooting machine issues independently
✅ Packing product from the production line
✅ Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
✅ Working overtime and weekends when required
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience operating Flow Wrap or Propac packaging machines
✔ Experience completing machine changeovers and film changes
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Reliable transport and strong attendance record
✔ Availability to work afternoon shift and weekends when required
