We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the fast-paced world of labour hire recruitment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. This is a maternity leave contract with potential to be extended. 

This role offers the flexibility of working from home four days per week, but it's much more than just filling jobs. You'll also play a key role in managing client relationships and helping grow our business through exiting client account management and attending new business appointments.

Flexibility to travel to client sites and appointments is a must!

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting and onboarding casual warehouse, logistics and production staff
• Building talent pools and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Managing rosters and responding to daily client staffing requirements
• Developing strong relationships with existing clients
• Conducting regular client site visits and account management meetings
• Attending new business appointments and identifying growth opportunities (appointments will be booked for you, no cold calling required)
• Advert writing, screening, interviewing and reference checking
• Working closely with our team to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Can work independently and manage your own day
• Are proactive, organised and highly responsive
• Enjoy building relationships with clients and candidates
• Are comfortable attending client meetings and representing the business professionally
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Understand that some clients require a high level of service and communication
• Can remain motivated recruiting similar roles repeatedly while maintaining quality and urgency
• Aren't afraid to pick up the phone and solve problems
• Enjoy being part of a supportive team while taking ownership of your results
