The Opportunity
 
We're seeking reliable Night Shift Food Preparation Workers to join a busy food manufacturing facility based in Banyo.
 
This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours, a 4-day roster, and an excellent hourly rate. You'll be working within a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 5°C) preparing fresh ingredients for production.
 
If you have strong knife skills and experience working in food production, commercial kitchens, or food preparation environments, we'd love to hear from you.
 
What's On Offer?

• $41.83 per hour
• Sunday to Wednesday roster
• 10:00pm starts
• Approx. 8-hour shifts
• 4-day working week
• Ongoing, stable employment
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

• Washing, preparing and cutting ingredients
• Mixing products to production specifications
• Retrieving stock from cool rooms and freezers
• Conducting temperature and sanitiser checks
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with general production duties as required

About You
 
To be successful, you will have:

• Strong knife skills
• Previous food preparation, production or kitchen experience
• Ability to work in a cold environment (approximately 5°C)
• Excellent attention to detail
• A reliable work ethic and consistent attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Important Requirements

• No jewellery, makeup, fake nails or fake eyelashes due to strict hygiene standards
• Must have full Australian working rights
• Available for ongoing night shift work
