Food Production Worker | 4-Day Week | Banyo | $36.20ph

The Opportunity
 
We're currently seeking reliable Food Production Workers to join a leading food manufacturing facility based in Banyo.
 
This is an ongoing opportunity offering a consistent Monday to Thursday roster, allowing you to enjoy a three-day weekend every week.
 
Working in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 5°C), you'll assist with ingredient preparation and recipe-based production in a busy food manufacturing operation.
 
What's On Offer?

• $36.20 per hour
• Monday to Thursday roster
• 3:00am starts, approximately 1:00pm finish
• Three-day weekend every week
• Ongoing work with consistent hours
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

• Reading and following production recipes
• Measuring and preparing ingredients
• Assisting with food manufacturing processes
• Maintaining quality and food safety standards
• General production and kitchen preparation duties

About You
 
To be successful, you will have:

• Experience following recipes, formulations or production instructions
• Previous food production, food processing, hospitality or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable and dependable work ethic

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a cold environment (approximately 5°C)
• Able to work early morning shifts
• No jewellery, makeup, fake nails or fake eyelashes due to hygiene requirements
• Full Australian working rights
