Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm

About the Company
Our valued client is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of mobile garbage bins and waste management infrastructure, operating a major facility in Campbellfield, Victoria. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Warehouse & Logistics to join their team for an immediate start.

What's Involved?
✔ Leading and supporting a warehouse and logistics team
✔ Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
✔ Picking, packing, and dispatch activities
✔ Loading and unloading trucks using a counterbalance forklift
✔ Monitoring inventory and warehouse processes
✔ Supporting a safe and positive team environment
✔ Assisting with logistics coordination and workflow planning
✔ Working with SAP and warehouse systems
✔ Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm roster

What We're Looking For
✅ Current LF Forklift Licence with strong counterbalance experience
✅ Previous Warehouse & Logistics experience
✅ Demonstrated Team Leader or Supervisor experience
✅ Experience using SAP or similar systems
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Ability to motivate and support a team
✅ Full working rights within Australia
✅ Ability to attend a Teams interview and/or on-site client meet and greet
