We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of light industrial clients throughout Greater Western Sydney. This role will also require to Account Manage so you must be comfortable to go on client visits.

The Opportunity
 
This is a hands-on role combining recruitment delivery with a dash of account management and attending new business visits. You will take ownership of the complete recruitment process, from understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable candidates through to placement, workforce management and ongoing client support.
You will be expected to visit clients at least one day each week, with your remaining days focused primarily on recruiting and servicing client requirements. There may also be a requirement to attend new-business meetings and conduct prospective client visits.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for temporary and permanent light industrial roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Visit client sites at least one day per week across Greater Western Sydney.
• Understand client operations, workforce requirements and workplace expectations.
• Source, screen, interview and reference-check suitable candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance requirements, inductions and placements.
• Manage daily and weekly workforce requirements, including urgent and high-volume recruitment.
• Maintain regular contact with placed employees and address attendance, performance or workplace issues.
• Respond promptly to client requests and provide a high standard of service.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the recruitment system.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Attend new-business visits and contribute to business-development activity when required.
• Work toward agreed recruitment, activity, service and revenue targets.

About You
 
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within light industrial, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, production or a similar high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated account-management experience.
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong candidate-sourcing and interviewing skills.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities.
• A proactive, responsive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Confidence visiting client sites and meeting prospective clients.
• Excellent organisation, administration and time-management skills.
• Availability to work 3 days to potentially 4 days per week.
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for client visits.
