These roles operate on a weekly rotating roster of day, afternoon, and night shifts, with attractive pay rates including shift penalties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring plastic extrusion production lines
• Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
• Performing product changeovers
• Conducting quality inspections and recording production data
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues
• Loading raw materials into production equipment
• Packaging and labelling finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following quality, safety, and operating procedures
• Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
