3PL Warehouse Assistant

Our client is a leading freight and logistics provider with a strong reputation for delivering warehousing and supply chain solutions across Australia.

An opportunity exists for an experienced 3PL Warehouse Assistant to join a busy warehouse operation based in Kingsgrove.

This hands-on role will see you working across all areas of the warehouse in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch
• Container unloading and putaways
• RF scanning and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock integrity
• Following client SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards
• Assisting with stock discrepancies and damaged freight
• Supporting the team to achieve daily customer deadlines

About You

• Previous warehouse experience within a 3PL, transport or freight forwarding environment
• Experience with receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
• Confident using WMS and RF scanners
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Current LF Forklift Licence essential
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
