Our client is a leading technology and communications organisation with a strong national presence and a reputation for supporting critical infrastructure and enterprise clients across Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator for a temporary assignment commencing 13 July and running through to 2 August.

This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional with strong warehouse, inventory, and dispatch experience to contribute within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of high-value technology equipment and spare parts.
• Unload, receipt, scan, sort, and verify incoming deliveries.
• Pick, pack, manifest, and dispatch inventory to technicians, service partners, and customers.
• Manage inventory control, stock movements, and reverse logistics processes.
• Liaise with freight providers to coordinate urgent and time-critical deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records through ERP and inventory management systems.
• Provide logistics support and updates to internal stakeholders and service teams.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Current Forklift Licence is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with warehouse management, ERP, or inventory systems.
• Exposure to IT equipment, electronics, or technical spare parts highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
