About the Role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join a key project team, commencing 6th July. Initially, the successful candidate will be based at a client site in Richmond for approximately four weeks before potentially transferring to the company's head office in Derrimut for ongoing employment opportunities.

What is the Transcriber Function?
As part of a new customer onboarding project, there will be a temporary period before a direct system-to-system interface is operational. During this transition, Transcribers will:

• Monitor customer service requests through the customer's call management platform.
• Accurately create service tickets within the company's internal system.
• Update customer records with service progress, completion details, and closure information.
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal teams to maintain service delivery standards.

Future Opportunity – Service Call Coordinator
Following the successful implementation of the new interface, selected candidates may transition into a Service Call Coordinator role involving:

• Coordinating field service activities.
• Managing technician schedules and service requests.
• Monitoring service delivery performance.
• Acting as a key communication point between customers and service teams.

About You

• Strong data entry and administration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple systems.
• Customer service or service coordination experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location

• Initial placement: Richmond VIC (approximately 4 weeks)
• Potential ongoing placement: Derrimut VIC
