Cold Storage Environment (5°C)
 
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Runner / Portioners to join a busy food production facility based in Banyo.
 
This role is ideal for candidates who are physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working in cold temperatures.
 
Duties Include:

• Moving stock between the storeroom and conveyor production line
• Repetitive lifting and carrying of stock (up to 15kg)
• Portioning food items into trays on a conveyor line
• Handling food products such as chicken, peas, carrots, and other ingredients
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards at all times

Working Environment:

• Cold storage facility operating at approximately 5°C
• Fast-paced food production environment
• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
• Comfortable working in cold conditions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Full Australian Working Rights

Due to the food production environment, employees cannot wear:

• Make-up
• Jewellery
• Fake nails
• Fake eyelashes
• Perfume or cologne
