About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring products meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Basic fabrication and crate assembly
• Packaging finished products
• Conducting hourly quality checks and recording results
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Routine cleaning, including swarf bag maintenance
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Identifying and reporting faults, defects, or production issues
• Adhering to WHS, Quality, and Environmental procedures

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A reliable and consistent work ethic
• The ability to follow processes and safety procedures
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
