About the Role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a high level of service while managing orders, enquiries, and customer communications.
You’ll work closely with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Technical Services to ensure a seamless customer experience from order through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders, returns, and credits accurately and efficiently
- Provide updates on order status, ETAs, and backorders
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Handle customer issues and escalate where required
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and ERP systems
- Support sales teams with customer updates, leads, and product information
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems (highly regarded)
- Confident working across multiple systems and departments
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
