Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across production equipment including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging lines
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective, timely repairs to minimise downtime
• Take full responsibility for maintenance operations during night shift, with support available when required
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and food production standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)
• Experience within food, beverage, or high-speed manufacturing environments highly regarded
• Strong fault-finding ability and mechanical aptitude across automated equipment
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions on night shift
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
