About the Role We are seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical Fitters with strong experience in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of pumps and/or gearboxes in a workshop environment.

You will play a key role in supporting workshop operations and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance, fault finding, and overhaul of pumps and gearboxes
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing effective solutions
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Supporting workshop and occasional on-site work as required
• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Current driver’s licence and forklift licence
