Our valued client, based in Seven Hills, is part of a leading Australasian company specialising in the manufacturing, supply, and recycling of rigid plastic and metal packaging, industrial materials handling solutions, and contract manufacturing services. Their operations include cleaning and refurbishing 20L drums and IBC containers.

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers / General Labourers to join their manufacturing warehouse team. This is a 50% forklift / 50% labour role offering ongoing, full-time hours.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
• Day shift pay rate: $33.38 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Counterbalance forklift operation
• General labouring, assembly, and production work
• Repair of metal cages and plastic containers
• Refurbishment and reprocessing of 220L drums
• Use of hand and power tools
• Manual handling (lifting up to 20kg)

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Previous experience in labouring, manufacturing, or factory environments
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Experience working around machinery
• Strong understanding of workplace health & safety practices
• Own PPE (steel cap boots, long pants, long-sleeve shirt)
