Pay Rates

• Weeknights: $66.25 per hour
• Saturdays: $99.38 per hour
• Sundays: $132.50 per hour

About the Role

Join a cutting-edge, fully automated production facility equipped with the latest European technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company specialising in the manufacture of detergents, shampoo, and hand sanitiser products.
 
As a Maintenance Fitter, you will:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Read and interpret technical blueprints to assemble and align components
• Use precision tools such as torque wrenches and micrometers
• Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks
• Monitor production output to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and accuracy at all times

About You:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Trade qualification - Essential 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
• Reliable team player with excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Essential Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
• Ability to pass a police check
• MUST be Trade qualified fitter 
• Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (including 2 weekends per month)
• Full Australian work rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted visa)
