The Role
This is an exciting opportunity working for a large debt recovery business who are based around the UK. The role will involve working within the appeals team responding to written appeals for private parking notices, analysing case by case data and collating the relevant response, along with operating the phone line to provide advice on how to appeal.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Able to prioritise tasks, work on own initiative and manage a busy workload
- Required to perform to KPI’s
- Good written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer experience is required

- The ability to work quickly and accurately
- Sound IT skills – using Outlook, Excel and Word
