We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Security Supervisor to manage a health care contract in the Colchester area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare security, particularly in bed-watching security duties. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring effective coverage and adherence to security protocols.
• Oversee and ensure the safety and security of all patients, staff, and visitors within the healthcare facility, with a focus on bed-watching assignments.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, ensuring a visible and proactive presence to deter potential security threats.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, providing leadership and direction to staff.
• Work closely with healthcare staff, providing support in managing patient-related security concerns, including behavioral incidents or threats to safety.
• Provide training and ongoing development for security personnel, ensuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address any patient security concerns or requirements in a sensitive and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and activities, submitting them in a timely and detailed manner.
