We are an established and recognised Australian and New Zealand based Pump, Irrigation, Water Treatment, and whole of solutions provider. We provide product and tailored solutions and services to the agricultural, industrial, commercial and domestic markets. From humble beginnings, over the past 28 years we have established ourselves as an industry leader within the water sector and now have nearly 70 businesses representing some of the industry’s best brands in pumps, filtration and irrigation products. 
   
Expressions of interest - The position
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals looking to take their career to the next level in General management or Operational management. We have several national opportunities available, for entrepreneurial and business-minded individuals looking to not only create cultural and financial change but be rewarded financially for their efforts. You will need to bring a level of commercial business acumen with a proactive approach to working across all areas within an organisation, from retail and front-counter sales, business development, warehousing, supplier interaction and service support, through to financial management and team leadership.  These roles are “Get your hands dirty” roles, not back office scenarios. There may also be opportunities for you to share in the success of the business by profit sharing or financial investment.

Duties include:

• Operational leadership, sales and service
• Staff leadership and coordination
• Supplier interaction and pricing
• Financial reporting and sale forecasting
• Sales – Internal, external, business development
• Oversee service and maintenance activities

Skills & experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of operational or general management experience
• Have a background in either the industrial, pump, plumbing or irrigation 
• Bring sound financial management skills in P&L and sales management
• Have a proactive hands-on approach to all and any required task
• Have a track record of leadership and staff mentorship development
