The Opportunity 

A leading top-tier law firm is seeking a proactive and driven Practice Administrator to support a Senior Partner, Junior Partner, and a handful of fee earners in their dynamic and fast-paced Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions team. Based in modern, well-located Sydney CBD offices, you'll be surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city – just moments from cafés, shops, and public transport.

The Role 

• Complex diary management and coordination for multiple lawyers
• Inbox management, prioritising emails and drafting responses
• Document control, including confidential contract administration
• Financial reporting
• End-of-month billing
• Domestic and international travel bookings
• Preparing Engagement Letters and Cost Agreements for new and existing clients.
• We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, adaptable, and full of energy and initiative – someone who’s eager to step into a fast-paced environment and thrive.

About You
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years' experience in legal who is looking to take the next step and grow in a top-tier environment. You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team, working alongside other Legal Assistants and administrators, with plenty of guidance and collaboration.
