The Role
We are seeking an intermediate Legal Assistant to support a high-performing Employers Liability team in Sydney. You’ll work closely with two industry-leading Partners and a dynamic legal team, providing essential administrative and practice management support.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage diaries, emails, travel arrangements, and client liaison.
• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Assist with billing, time recording, and matter management (billing experience desirable).
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and client events.
• Maintain files and databases with high attention to detail.

About You

• Experience: 2+ years as a Legal Assistant (insurance/litigation background advantageous).
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, document management systems, and strong organisational abilities.
• Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Billing exposure is a plus but not essential.
• Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
