Breight Group are looking for an experienced Scaffold Coordinator that will be responsible for the crews and work assignments at one of our Fortescue sites. This is a casual on-going position, on a 7:7 roster.
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, this role will require you to plan, schedule, and scope various shutdowns, projects and maintenance activities. You will be responsible for overseeing the supervisors on site, the execution of the project management plans, exploring business development opportunities provided by the client, monitoring compliance and verifying that all scaffolds meet regulations and requirements.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive experienced as a Scaffolder in the mining industry and prior experience in a supervisory role
- Have successfully obtained an S44/S26
- Exceptional analytical and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and reporting systems reflective of project completion
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient in Microsoft suite
