Breight Group need an experienced RTO Manager to join our growing Training team. Working closely with the HSEQ Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing your training centre.

You will lead and support trainers, assessors, and operational staff, ensuring training delivery runs smoothly, compliance requirements are met, and systems and processes continue to improve.

You will be supported by an established administrative team and will play a key role in enabling Breight Training to grow as an established RTO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the RTO, including training delivery, scheduling and reporting.
• Manage training calendars, trainer availability, and learner cohort planning.
• Provide leadership and support to trainers, assessors, and operational staff.
• Ensure audit readiness and oversee compliance systems, processes, and documentation.
• Identify and manage operational risks, resolving delivery or resourcing issues as they arise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and training delivery.
• Meet ASQA compliance requirements.
• Provide direct training support, where required.
• Manage scope additions and approval requirements.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role (essential).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes / estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential).
• Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Team player and capable of working autonomously.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience with Power Pro and Cloud Assess (desirable).
