Ever thought about working in the mining industry but don't know where to start?

Breight Group is opening the door for expressions of interest from candidates who are motivated, willing to learn and ready to build a career in scaffolding.

With major contracts across some of Western Australia's largest mining operations, we're growing our scaffolding workforce and looking for people who want an opportunity to get into the industry.

You don't need years of mining experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in developing new skills.

What's in It for You?

• A pathway into mining – An opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established WA mining services company.
• Training and development – Support to gain the skills, qualifications and experience needed to build a scaffolding career.
• Real career progression – Start as a Basic Scaffolder and work towards Intermediate, Advanced, Leading Hand and Supervisor opportunities.
• FIFO opportunities – Work across major mining operations throughout Western Australia.
• Be part of a growing team – Join a company with a strong pipeline of maintenance, shutdown and project work.
• Long-term career opportunities – We're not just looking to fill the next shutdown. We want people who will grow with us.

Who Are We Looking For?
We're interested in hearing from candidates who:

• Are keen to start a career in the mining industry.
• Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.
• Are reliable, hardworking and committed to working safely.
• Are comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
• Are willing to undertake training and obtain the necessary qualifications.
• Are interested in FIFO work from Perth.

Whether you're currently working in construction, recently finished high school, labouring, warehousing, hospitality, another industry or simply looking for a career change, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Breight Group?
We're an established Australian mining services company with nearly 20 years of scaffolding experience and a growing presence across some of WA's largest mining operations.
