At Breight Group, we deliver maintenance, shutdown and project services to the resources and industrial sectors across Australia. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Asset Coordinator to support the mobilisation and delivery of work across multiple contracts.
This is a fast-paced operational role focused on coordinating vehicles, equipment, containers, PPE, and logistics to ensure our projects are set up for success.
About the Role
The Asset Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting operations by ensuring Breight Group assets are effectively allocated, tracked, maintained, and available when required.
Working closely with Contract Coordinators, Workforce Planning, Operations, and the Procurement & Logistics Manager, you will coordinate fleet, equipment, procurement, deliveries, and logistics across multiple concurrent work scopes.
This is a highly collaborative and reactive position requiring strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving capability.
About You
- Experience in asset coordination, logistics, fleet management, mobilisation, or operational support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy with systems and data management
- Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and reactive operational environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience within mining, shutdown, maintenance, or construction industries highly regarded

Important Requirement
Due to the highly collaborative and operational nature of this role, this position is required to be primarily office-based in Rivervale, WA. Real-time coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers is critical to operational success.
