We’re looking for experienced and motivated Rope Access Supervisors to join our growing team and support maintenance and shutdown works across WA’s mining sector. If you’re passionate about safety, leading teams, and delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting rope access crews on site
• Driving a strong safety culture through pre-starts, toolbox talks, and compliance checks
• Overseeing equipment inspections and ensuring IRATA standards are met
• Mentoring Rope Access Technicians and helping them grow
• Working closely with clients and site teams to achieve project outcomes

About You: 
You’re someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a team environment, and puts safety first. You’ll also bring:

• Must be based in Perth, WA
• S26 certification is mandatory
• Experience in mining shutdowns or maintenance projects
• Current IRATA certification
• Mandatory tickets: Construction White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid & CPR
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Bonus: Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, or FMG inductions
