We're looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing and analysing structural components for a variety of projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with building codes. We need someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and analyse structural designs for projects
• Perform complex calculations to ensure a structure's stability, strength, and durability
• Develop detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software
• Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations
• Conduct on-site inspections of structures under construction to verify that work is being done according to design specifications
• Diagnose and resolve structural issues that may arise during construction or in existing buildings

About You:
We are looking for great people who enjoy their work, are interested in being part of a team and have a strong belief in safety first culture. To succeed in this role your will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering
• Previous experience in Structural Engineering in a similar field
• Expertise in engineering software and other structural analysis programs
• Strong mathematical and physics skills
• Knowledge of building codes within the mining and resources industries
• The ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative, safe, and efficient solutions is at the core of the job
• Meticulous attention to detail is critical to ensure that designs are accurate and that all components of a structure are safe and functional
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with project teams and stakeholders
